A person reads every message that reaches us. No automated tools answer for us. Until linkage can send email to you, replies come from Dennis Wiebler's personal email address.
The address contact@getlinkage.com and the contact form are also our single point of contact for users under Art. 12 DSA: for everyone who uses linkage, including people who only download a file. You choose the way we talk: email, or phone or post on request.
Questions about your data also go to contact@getlinkage.com. The Privacy notice explains your rights.
Contact points for authorities and users
linkage stores files for the people who use it and names these contact points under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) and Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online.

Users
Users find their point of contact under Contact and in the contact form (Art. 12 DSA). They report illegal content with the report form or as described under Report a link (Art. 16 DSA).
Report a link
If someone is in immediate danger, call the police on 110 now (112 in other EU countries). A notice to us is not an emergency call.
Anyone can report a link on linkage that leads to illegal content, with or without an account. Use our report form, which asks for everything below, or email your notice to abuse@getlinkage.com; abuse@lnkg.link reaches the same inbox. You can also report content that breaks our Terms of use.
Our mail service rejects email that fails both standard sender checks, SPF and DKIM. If your notice bounces, send it by letter to the address under Provider.
Include in your notice:
- The exact link or links to the content, as you received them. They start with https://lnkg.link/.
- An explanation of why the content is illegal. For a claim about copyright or another right, name the work and the right you hold.
- Your name and email address. For notices about the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse material, you do not have to give your name, and you may write from an email address that does not identify you.
- This statement: “I confirm in good faith that the information and allegations in this notice are accurate and complete.”
Never attach or send copies of the content. The link is enough.
After you report
A person reviews every notice that reaches us and decides on it. No automated tools decide on notices.
We confirm receipt and tell you our decision and how you can challenge it. We reply to the address you write from. Until linkage can send email to you, replies come from Dennis Wiebler's personal email address.
If we take a measure against a link or an account, we tell the person who uploaded the file what we did and why, unless an authority or the law requires us to wait. We pass on your identity only where this is strictly necessary.
We report child sexual abuse material and other suspected offences that threaten a person's life or safety to the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt, BKA).
The Privacy notice explains how we handle the data in your notice.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
